…I bet you didn’t know:
one • I’ve been writing for as long as I could remember but didn’t realize I wanted to be a writer until I was in middle school after reading a biography on L. M. Montgomery. The first story I remember writing was handwritten on lined paper and illustrated in color.
Which brings me to my next point.
two • I can’t draw for spit. My last day of art was happily in June 2002.
Except for the time I had to make a pot in college. If I had known that I would’ve chosen a different civilization track than ancient Greece and Rome.
(Okay, fine. There’s no way I would’ve chosen anything else. Although I learned more about me from that pot than I did about ancient Greece.)
three • My shoe size keeps getting smaller. A year ago I’d’ve told you I was a 7. When I started working at DSW I found out I really fit mostly in 6.5s. By the time I had stopped working there I was fitting consistently into 6s. I could care less about what size shoe I wear but is that not just the strangest thing?
four • My favorite cereal is Frosted Cheerios. Apple Cinnamon Cheerios are a close second.
Also Lucky Charms are really delicious and I’m sure if you search hard enough you could find a picture on my instagram testifying to that fact. I am in fact 23 going on 4.
five • I got kicked out of an indoor soccer game once for knocking one of the opposing players into the boards.
I was a very aggressive athlete.
Now I’m aggressive about watching Olympics coverage and lamenting poor communication skills.
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
